Starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 7th, polls open for the Humber Students Federation (HSF) elections, but are students motivated to vote?

In the 2015 HSF election voter turnout was just over 3, 500 students out of the growing 27,000 student population. In the 2014 by-election, voter turnout was just over 2, 100 students.

Students have from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the whole week to cast their votes for the new leaders of HSF for the 2016-2017 school year.

Available voting booths will be available at North campus in the Learning Resource Commons, Student Centre and in Guelph-Humber. At the Lakeshore campus booths will be in the L building and the A/B Cafeterias.
