For transgender people, daily issues can be as simple as choosing a washroom.

Humber’s Gender and Sexual Diversity Committee has revealed a new poster, as part of Awareness Week, that will be placed in all bathrooms at Humber’s North and Lakeshore campuses.

With the help of a gender sensitivity workshop and safe washroom posters, the committee said it’s trying to change the environment for all trans students.

Humber News has the story.
