Members of the Anti-Chevron Committee joined U of T Law students and practicing lawyers to bring attention to the Canadian Bar Association and to protest what they deem are Chevron’s immoral and illegal disregard for indigenous people in Ecuador, Romania and Canada.

The protest began at 5:00 p.m. at 20 Toronto St. in front of the CBA’s main office.  It was peaceful and police left protesters to their business, when at 6:00 p.m the group dispersed.
