The Toronto mayoral race is already well underway. Candidate David Soknacki spoke this afternoon about the issues affecting Toronto in a speech at the Toronto Region Board of Trade. Soknacki addressed his intention to scrap the Scarborough subway extension, regional economics, and the divide between Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
