Global temperatures soar, breaking climate records
The World Meteorological Organization (WMO), an agency from the United Nations, published its annual climate change report showing multiple record-breakers from 2016. Last year was the warmest year on record, levels of carbon dioxide reached an all time high and sea surface temperatures were at its warmest.
