Samantha Patel, an employee at EB Games and a graduate of the game development program at George Brown College, spoke to Humber News what both consoles have to offer.

“One of the most intriguing things about the PlayStation 5 is the large library of games that they have announced that are coming out over the next year. They have done 2 events that were heavily focused on software,” Patel said.

“Xbox Series X, new hardware with the 1TB SSD tells me that loading screens will be a thing of the past,” she said.

The Xbox Series X will be available on Nov 10, and the PlayStation 5 will be available Nov 12.
