A third presumptive case of the deadly coronavirus has been identified in British Columbia, as the number of cases rise to 4,500 worldwide. In Canada at this time there is one confirmed and two presumptive cases.

This comes as hundreds of foreign nationals are preparing to be evacuated from China.
