Canadians have donned poppies pinned on their outerwear and observed two minutes of silence every 11th of November at 11 a.m. to recognize Remembrance Day and honour the Canadian soldiers who have fought and fallen in war.
There are a number of ceremonies and dedications happening across the GTA to pay tribute to the men and women who have and continue to serve Canada during times of peace and war.
