When Jose Bautista joined the Toronto Blue Jays in 2008, it was unclear what his role with the team was going to be. Nine years later he has become a Toronto household name for fans young and old.

The third baseman/right fielder has set the bar for years to come on what it means to be a successful Blue Jay. Bautista’s future with the Jays is unknown.
