Week six of the Tim Bosma trial is underway and blood spatter expert Officer Robert Jones testified on Monday that a bloodletting event occurred inside Bosma’s truck and there is more evidence supporting Bosma’s truck being cleaned up.

The Crown examined Jones, asking him to explain the blood stains found on the interior and exterior of Bosma’s truck.

Jones testified that because the vehicle was cleaned, it is difficult to form any conclusions as to how Bosma was killed.

Millard’s lawyer then cross-examined Jones, confirming the possibility that blood spatters could occur from impact on blood outside of a human body.

Humber News was there to provide a recorded audio account of what took place in the courtroom.
