With Valentine’s Day this Sunday, millions of couples are planning dates with their special someone.

But a recent study said the cost of love in Canada this year is high: $61,821.60.

The study, conducted by RateSupermarket.ca, said the price has increased 22.8 per cent from last year and 41 per cent from 2013.

It said the slumping loonie contributes to the high cost.

However, if you’re willing to spend the big bucks, but not for love, Humber News has compiled a list on some of the things you can get with all that cash.
