Is it too early for Christmas decorations in stores?

He sees you when your sleeping. He knows when you’re awake. He is the corporate giant that rears his head every Nov 1.

Once Halloween is over, retailers across the country roll out product lines for the always-eager early Christmas shopper.

But is it too early? The town of Orangeville has banned any public display of Christmas lights or decorations until after Remembrance Day, and many shoppers are in agreement.

The polarizing subject has garnered varying opinions, and Humber reporters Nick Beare and Evan Presement roamed the streets of Toronto to gauge the level of holiday cheer.
