One year later: John Tory’s reign as mayor

A year ago today, John Tory took office as Toronto’s mayor and he had a big mess to clean up after succeeding his infamous predecessor, Rob Ford.

Humber News reporter Jessica Dempsey spoke with Mitchell Kosny, Associate Director for Ryerson School of Urban and Regional Planning, about Tory’s first year in office.
