This weekend kicks off the annual Canadian Music Week, starting on May 1st and being held at

various venues all over Toronto.

This year promises some incredible homegrown talent, such as Toronto’s very own METZ, along with some heavy contenders such as John Mellancamp, Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts, and indie favourites Death Cab for Cutie.

For all the Beatles fans out there, Sean Lennon’s latest musical project with model girlfriend Charlotte Kemp, The Ghost Of A Saber Tooth Tiger, should prove to be an intimate and eclectic performance at the infamous Horseshoe Tavern.
