Toronto City Council on Tuesday was busy debating the city’s proposed 2015 budget.

Councillors were scheduled to scrutinize the city’s financial plan on both Tuesday and Wednesday.

City residents will likely be facing a property tax increase of 2.75 per cent if the budget is approved, according to Global News.
