Spring your clocks forward

Daylight savings time will commence this Sunday at 2:00 a.m. when the clocks move forward.

Setting the time one-hour ahead extends the amount of light hours in a day.

Although you lose an hour of sleep, the positive side to daylight savings time is the prospect of spring becomes brighter and brighter.
