Ford Nation is making a comeback on the small screen starting Feb. 10. Mayor Rob Ford and big brother Doug have moved their show to Youtube “to connect with a broader audience.” And it seems to be working with the Youtube channel already having over 400 subscribers prior to the first episode even airing.

A press release from the mayor’s office indicated in the first instalment they will discuss topics ranging from politics to sports and community, with the series being produced by volunteers.

“It will be the first time the Ford brothers have a show in any format since their Newstalk 1010 radio show was cancelled in the wake of the mayor’s crack scandal,” said the Toronto Star’s acting city hall bureau chief, Daniel Dale.

A 30-second promotional clip was uploaded to the Youtube channel with the brothers exchanging friendly banter and Mayor Ford asking Torontonians to “judge me on my record and not my personal life.” Viewers are encouraged to email questions to fordnation2014@gmail.com.

“The trailer hits on some of Ford’s key messages, like returning phone calls and stopping the gravy train,” added Dale.
