Indie week celebrates it’s 10th anniversary of hosting and showcasing up and coming artists and bands from the GTA and around the globe.

The four-day festival kicked off Wednesday and hits its final notes Sunday night.

Artists are performing in and around the downtown core of Toronto and will gracing the stages of venues like the Hideout on Queen Street West and the Gibson Guitar Lounge On King Street West.

The bands preforming are also in competition with each other and their performances are judged by members of the music industry.

The top-scoring act receives a paid trip to headline the Ireland-based iteration of indie week.
