Hockey players are always trying to get noticed and make it to the next level, and the OJHL is lending a hand.

A breeding ground for players to move on, the OJHL showcased their league’s talent to the NCAA and other collegiate associations looking to scoop up some players for the coming seasons.

Getting noticed by scouts and recruiters is never easy, that’s why the OJHL puts on the College Showcase where every team and player has a chance to turn heads. The weekend’s activities will take place on Sept. 28 and 29 at the Sixteen Mile Creek Arena in Oakville.

Mark McKelvie caught up with the Milton Icehawks as they look ahead to the showcase.
