The Feeling Congested: Toronto Talks Transportation campaign made a stop at the York Civic Centre on Monday where residents were welcomed to discuss gridlock and how to fund transit expansion in the GTA.
Toronto City officials such as Toronto chief planner Jennifer Keesmaat attended the event.
