An unprecedented number of riders are using Toronto’s transit system, and ridership numbers are expected to continue increasing in coming years, according to a TTC report.

Humber College ridership is no exception, with thousands of customer-trips being made each day, said spokeswoman Jessica Martin.

Service on buses 191, 36, 96, and 44 has been increased during peak periods this year, said Martin.

The TTC has also introduced service advisories via email, to alert riders to potential delays.
