MPP Mike Colle (Liberal – Eglinton – Lawrence) tabled a bill today in the Ontario legislature to raise safety for gas station attendants and to curtail “gas and dash.” The proposed legislation was prompted by the death of Jayesh Prajapati, a gas station employee who was killed trying to halt a fleeing motorist at a Toronto Shell station last weekend.
