While July 1 is Canada’s birthday, this year it could also be tariff day.
That’s the day President Donald Trump intends on imposing a 25 per cent tariff on steel and 10 per cent on aluminum being shipped to the U.S. from Canada.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced proposed retaliatory, dollar-for-dollar measures to Trump’s tariffs.
