The President’s Lecture Series had a starry start this year with astronomer and scientist Dr. Phil Plait as the first speaker on Tuesday.
Dr. Plait is the author of Bad Astronomy, Death from the Skies and hosts Phil Plait’s Bad Universe on the Discovery Channel. His humorous lecture ended with a meet and great where students could ask him their own questions.
