Nursing students at Humber College organized a mental health fair in the LRC to help students cope with stress.

Organizers are educating students on the various ways to recognize and manage anxiety and depression. They also stress the importance of maintaining your well-being.

Humber offers students numerous resources including free counseling, a 24-hour helpline and nurses that specialize in mental health.

Making students aware of these resources is the main focus of the fair.
